2. In the instant writ application, the petitioner has

"(i) For issuance of a writ of mandamus and or any other appropriate writ/direction/Order commanding the respondents particularly Respondents number 2, 4, 5 and 8 to ensure the supply of. 1160 quintals (4 lots) of rice to the petitioner who has given 14840.78 quintals (35 lots) of paddy to the respondent number 9 as per agreement and in compliance of work plan, instruction and guideline issued by the respondent number 1 and 2.

(ii) For issuance of a writ of mandamus and /or any other appropriate writ /direction/ order commanding the respondent number. 1,2,4, 5 and 8 to adequately compensate the petitioner for the financial loss suffered by it due to nonsupply of rice as aforesaid by the respondent no.9.

(iii) For the issuance of any of the Order/direction to ensure all consequential relief to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instruction of his client, the grievance (relief no.1) of the petitioner has been redressed. So far other reliefs prayed for in the writ application are concerned, the petitioner seeks permission to raise the grievance before the appropriate

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
