JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-08-2019 Pursuant to this Court's order dated 30.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4092 of 2018, the petitioner made a suitable representation before the appropriate authority to consider his case for empanelment in view of the judgment delivered in C.W.J.C. No. 17637 of 2010 and other analogous cases.

2. The aforesaid representation of the petitioner was responded and now he stands empanelled for the purposes of being considered for appointment. However, the number of days credited to the working period of the petitioner has wrongly been counted and instead of 280 days, only 173 days have been shown to the credit of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that if such defect is remedied, the petitioner would stand satisfied.

4. The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstance, is directed to make a suitable representation before the District Magistrate, Supaul (respondent No. 2) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, after verifying all the relevant facts, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion over the correctness of the claim of the petitioner which has to be verified by the District Magistrate, Supaul

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
