Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioners: (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.9052 of 2017 (5) dt.24-07-2018 authority to grant monetary benefits of 1st Time Bond Promotion with effect from 02-01-1998 on the completion of ten years of service and granting Notional promotion with effect from 0201-1998 of pay scale Rs. 1400-40-1800-50-2300/- and accordingly recalculate the different of amount of salary and accordingly revision of the pension of the petitioner and revise pension of the petitioner and pay the difference amount along with interest.

(ii) For a further direction to the Respondents authority to grant monetary benefits of 1st ACP and 2nd ACP with effect from the date when the petitioner became entitled to and accordingly, after calculation of the difference amount make payment the same along with interest.

(iii) For a further direction to the Respondents authority to take final decision upon the representation of the petitioner dated 13-04-2017 by reasoned and speaking order within time frame.

In the present writ application, regarding redressal of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9052 of 2017 (5) dt.24-07-2018 grievance, the original petitioner (since deceased) has filed a representation vide Annexure-2 to this application before the Vice Chancellor, the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 3). It has been further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the said representation is still pending. The respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the said representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
