We have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have perused the record but we are not persuaded with the reasons

Patna High Court LPA No.653 of 2017 (4) dt.25-07-2018 assigned by the appellant-petitioner for condonation of delay by its vagueness. Even otherwise we have perused the judgment and order impugned which suffer no infirmity requiring interference. I.A.
