The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. He is in custody since 4.7.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59419 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S.
