This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of relationship of the petitioner and the informant and also considering the fact that the injury caused to the informant is simple in nature, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

No.8067 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Piri Bazar P.S.
