JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salkhua Police Station Case No. 181 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 341, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of attempt to rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Salkhua Police Station Case No. 181 of 2014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected. However, if petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail
