The petitioners are accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2021 arising out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020 registered under Sections 304, 341, 342, 323 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31029 of 2020 on 03.03.2021. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioners are under custody since 19.05.2020. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
