2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that another Criminal Miscellaneous application bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 91 of 2025 (Arvind Ray vs. The State of Bihar) has been filed by the present petitioner, in which stay has been granted vide order dated 21.01.2026.

3. Learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2, on the other hand, submits that the other accused persons had moved

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52888 of 2025(6) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 before this Hon'ble Court for anticipatory bail and their prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 21.01.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50663 of 2025 (Avadesh Ray @ Awadhesh Rai) and vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43719 of 2025 (Bipat Rai @ Vipat Ray). Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner be rejected.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous application.

5. Permission is granted.

6. Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
