====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 70 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 1357 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner while specific allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.04.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56272 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge IV-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 70 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 1357 of 2009.
