2. This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 1826 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. 3821 of 2019.

3. The accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any
