The petitioner seeks bail in Biraul P.S. Case No.136 of 2018, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The widow of the deceased alleged that her husband received a call on his mobile number 8002943334 while he was taking lunch and her husband left the house saying that Sajjan Paswan, the petitioner called him and thereafter her husband did not return. After five days, the dead body of the husband of the informant was found.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is absolutely no material against the petitioner. Nobody has seen the petitioner accompanying the deceased at any point of time. Save and except the fact that five days prior to the date

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.136 of 2018.
