JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 registered under Sections-498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner No. 1 is sister-in-law whereas; the petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the information, regarding the alleged occurrence was given to the informant by father-in-law of the deceased.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22779 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
