2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have been involved in the theft of a buffallo.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has clean antecedent. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Maner Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
