The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 5/2014, instituted for the offences under Sections 354B, 376, 511, 341, 323, and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has surrendered on 18.07.2018. The occurrence has taken place on 17.02.2014 and the F.I.R. has been lodged on 19.02.2014. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation that this petitioner attempted to commit illegal act with the informant and also attempted to give knife blow, which did not hit the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner and informant are next door neighbours. There is dispute with regard to drainage between them.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 5/2014, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
