The writ application prays for a direction upon the respondent-Circle Officer to take measurement of the land which was allegedly settled with the petitioner.

A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2. There is no rejoinder to the counter affidavit. The counsel for the State has rightly pointed out from the averments made in the counter affidavit as also the order dated 27.08.2014 passed in the Measurement Case by the Circle Officer that the measurement of the land has already been carried out.
