The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S.case No.26 of 2019 dated 12.2.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 379 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR. Case is of committing death of the husband of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicion there is nothing against him and considering the same, one of the co-accused, Guddu Yadav, has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50791 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 1.3.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Naugachia in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No.26 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
