2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 118 of 2025 registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.
