The petitioner has renewed his prayer of regular in connection with Special Child Case No.39 of 2018 arising out of Sultanganj P.S.Case No.157 of 2017 pending in the court of ADJI-cum-Special Judge, Children Court, Patna registered for an offence under sections 401, 413, 414/34 of the IPC and Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

It appears that the considering the involvement of the petitioner of this case in two more cases of similar nature, his prayer to release him was refused with an observation that his release would defeat the ends of justice as there is every chance of his return in the association of other co-accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58491 of 2018 (2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to reconsider his prayer of regular bail and the same is accordingly rejected.
