Taking into consideration that huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and, hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Case No. 109C2 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, stands rejected.

However, petitioners may renew their prayer for bail before the learned court below after three months, if their trial is not concluded within the above stated period. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
