JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of prearrest bail in connection with Buxtar (T) P.S. Case No.476 of 2015, which was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1087 of 2016. It would be pertinent to note here that after submission of the charge-sheet differing with the police report the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code vide order dated 20.03.2017. Despite the fact that his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail has been rejected by this Court on 11.04.2016 and the court below after taking cognizance of the offence has summoned him on 20.03.2017, he has not appeared before the court and has chosen to file an application for grant of pre-arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12561 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 bail before this Court once again.

In that view of the matter, I do not see any merit in this application. The application is dismissed.
