The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the intervenor on the other hand, submits that in view of the order passed by the respondent D.C.L.R., Lakhisarai as also the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, as contained in Annexure-A and B to I.A. No. 5209 of 2015, the present matter has become infructuous.
Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
