This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 382 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and a Government servant working as a teacher in a Government school, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Hilsa P.S.
