The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with ten other accused persons are said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant from her house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He is aged about 70 years and suffering from diabetes. By filing the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., learned counsel for the petitioner further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52822 of 2019(4) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 submitted that the victim has not named the petitioner as a person involved in her kidnapping. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 11.06.2019.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.203 of 2019.
