The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 4.5.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, has allowed the Private Opposite Parties in A.B.P. No. 419 of 2011. The submission of the Petitioner is that on misappreciation of facts, anticipatory bail has been granted to the Private Opposite Parties.
