No. 899 of 2014 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 18.07.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 18.07.2016, counsel for the petitioner was indisposed and as such he could not attend the court in time. Be that as it may, regard being had to the submission advanced at the Bar, let Cr. Rev. No. 899 of 2014 be restored to its original file. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
