Petitioner is accused in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged wine has been seized from the orchard of one Dinesh Sah. Petitioner has no concern with the said Dinesh Sah. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
