The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61926 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 It is a case of assault and it is submitted that the specific allegation is against one Wasi Alam who inflict the injury to one Md. Qasid, who is not the petitioner. It is a case and counter case and the allegation is general and omnibus against all these petitioners.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail petition to these petitioners. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 125/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
