Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner has no concern with the country-made liquor or motorcycle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.07.2018.
