The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 465, 423, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that coaccused Ramashray Yadav, Pramila Devi and Bhagwan Shukla in connivance with one another fraudulently executed sale deed of the complainant's property in which co-accused Pramila Devi shown herself as vendor and co-accused Ramashray Yadav as vendee.

No.61894 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is deed writer in the registration office of Raghunathpur and the alleged deed was registered in Siwan town registry office from which the petitioner has got no concern. Moreover, for the alleged occurrence of 15.02.2017, complaint was filed on 02.07.2018 and for the alleged occurrence that took place in Siwan town, the F.I.R has been registered in Raghunathpur police station which is far away from Siwan town. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged forged deed as petitioner is neither deed writer, purchaser, witness, identifier or purchaser of the deed in question. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)
