JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 This application has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 01.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23605 of 2020. Today a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. It is stated therein that the petitioner has already deposited rest of the 50 % of the amount and in this way he has by now deposited a sum of Rs. 2,40,562/- in the learned court below.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, if the petitioner surrenders within three weeks from today in connection with Falka P.S. Case no. 186 of 2019, the learned court below shall give him the benefit of the order dated 01.03.2021 passed by this Court in Cr.W.J.C. no. 23605 of 2020 subject however to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58050 of 2022(4) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 verification of the receipt which will be submitted by the petitioner.
