Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09.12.2015 and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor has been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
