=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and T.M. Bhagalpur University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

" I. To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the due retirement benefits i.e. revision of pension, Gratuity and encashment of earned leave etc. forthwith.

II To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the deduct amount of the pension from 2016 till date at the earliest.

III To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15581 of 2017 dt.16-08-2018 2/2 University taking the stand that all admitted retiral dues have been paid except for some remaining portion of unutilized earned leave amounting to about Rs. 60,000/-, which also learned counsel for the University submitted shall be paid within two weeks.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Registrar of the University to ensure that the remaining amount under unutilized earned leave is paid to the petitioner within two weeks from today. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
