Petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.T.P.C. (Barh) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is no evidence to give the amount in question to the petitioner by the informant. He has no concern with the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.05.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56246 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh (Patna) in connection with N.T.P.C. (Barh) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
