This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hathua P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
