2. The Circle Officer, Barun, Aurangabad will be approached by the petitioner for removal of the alleged encroachment.

3. If any encroachment is found by the Circle Officer then the same shall be considered after initiating an encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the encroachers and the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.11532 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 shall be decided by the circle officer within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
