Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 392, 395 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that his name came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 3.6.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Siwan in Bhagawanpur Hat P.S. Case no. 214/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
