The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner took loan of Rs.42,000/- from the Bank of Baroda, New Hasnu Market Branch, Sasaram against the security deposit of LIC bond. Subsequently, the LIC bond submitted by the petitioner was found forged.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to return the loan amount with up-to-date interest within a period of three months. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on provision anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 1299 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The provision bail of the petitioner will be confirmed by the learned court below on the certificate of the Bank of Baroda, New Hasnu Market Branch, Sasaram submitted to the effect that the petitioner has repaid the loan amount, as required. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
