2. This is the third attempt for prayer for grant of regular bail of this petitioner and earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected twice vide Cr. Misc. No. 38567 of 2018 vide order dated 19.07.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 73791 of 2023 vide order dated 20.04.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider his prayer for bail of this petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is again rejected. The Status Report dated 20.08.2024 submitted by learned Special Judge, (POCSO) Araria has mentioned that the trial of the case is likely to be concluded within six months in disposal of the case.
