Petitioners seek bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they have no concern with the liquor in question. Petitioners have clean antecedent and are in custody since 21.07.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58281 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
