Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it is only stated that petitioner and other accused ordered the F.I.R named accused Md.Saddam and other to assault the informant and for the aforesaid occurrence, petitioner is in jail custody since 13.08.2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 150 of 2016.
