JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the District Collector, Madhubani uner Section 21 of The Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands in question claimed by them as also the order passed by the Circle Officer, Madhepur, whereby claims for issuance of Basgit Parcha raised on behalf of the private respondents have been allowed.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with
