JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498 (A)/ 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the complainant for non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1200/- per month in the court below, which may be released in favour of the complainant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22806 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State and the complainant , it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 1200/- (twelve hundred) per month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 2707/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
