The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Srikant Paswan and he has clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4884 of 2014 passed on 03.04.2014.
In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54944 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 391 of 2013.
