The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The recovery is of one country made pistol and one motor-cycle from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2023. He is also an accused in a case of gang-rape.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is accused in a case of gang-rape, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
