The petitioner seeks bail in Bind P.S. Case No. 48/2016, instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Petitioner was made accused in Belchi P.S. Case No. 11/2017 and from that case he has been remanded in the present case on 05.06.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56643 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIth, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 48/2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
