Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.60 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, District- Purnea stands rejected.
