Petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town (Kalibagh) P.S. Case No.574 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in the written report is that deceased was called by one Amit Kumar and he got him to the house of Vikky Kumar where Rambabu Sah assaulted him with sharp edged weapon on the chest and Tripurari Kumar and Maharaja Kumar also assaulted with sharp edged weapon. It is alleged that brother of the informant fell down on the ground. Thereafter, this petitioner and one Guddu gave knife blow in the left hand of brother of informant. Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused, Abhisheek Patel, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 15.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14648 of 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 5th, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibagh) P.S.
