The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2017 in connection with Harnaut (Chero) P.S. Case No. 290 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

Considering the fact that the alleged death of the victim girl is concerned with the demand of dowry and the petitioner has the moral responsibility to protect his wife. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, dismissed. (Anjana Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
