The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No.196 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54314 of 2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court by which similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rajendra Mandal has been granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54314 of 2018, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10700 of 2021(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate10th, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No.196 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
